Which slide do you have?
Because the P320's grip module does not touch the holster, the only question is slide length. The Compact and Carry run a 3.9-inch slide, and so does the M18. The Full Size and M17 run 4.7 inches. The X-series follows the same rule: match the slide length, not the name on the grip. The X-Compact's shorter 3.6-inch slide is not covered by either holster here. Measure or read the barrel length before ordering.

How to carry a P320
Appendix
The Compact carries at appendix with the clip near neutral. The grip module decides how much it prints; a Carry or X-Carry grip is taller than a Compact grip on the same slide, and a claw fixes that.
Strong side
Fifteen to twenty degrees of forward cant at 3 or 4 o'clock. Where the Full Size belongs.
Optics and lights
These holsters are molded without a light. Slide-mounted optics on the RX and X-series generally clear; check your optic height.
