One of the easiest ways to refresh a Luminox is a new band, and most are designed to be swapped at home. Here is how sizing works and how to change a strap.
Know your lug width
Bands are sized by lug width, the gap between the lugs where the strap attaches, measured in millimeters. Match that number and the band fits. Most Luminox models use common widths, so replacements are easy to find.
Rubber, nylon, or leather
Rubber and silicone are best for water and daily abuse, nylon is light and breathable, and leather dresses the watch up. Pick by how you actually wear it.
How to swap
Use a spring bar tool to compress the spring bar, slide the old strap out, and seat the new one. It takes a couple of minutes. Browse the watches and their bands in the Luminox collection, and see our model ranking to match a look.
