It is also why holster shopping gets confusing: the XMACRO without a light, with a Streamlight TLR-7 Sub, with an Olight Baldr, and with an Olight PL-Mini 2 are four different holsters. Which XMACRO holster do you need?
Start with the light. If there is nothing on the rail, the Plus Line IWB is the best holster here and the only one with a claw included and a spring steel clip. If you run a light, the holster has to be molded around that specific light, because the Baldr, PL-Mini 2, and TLR-7 Sub are all different shapes; a holster for one will not close around another. Then pick IWB for concealment or a paddle for the range. All six are optic-ready and made in the U.S.A. with an unconditional lifetime warranty.

1. P365 XMACRO IWB, Plus Line: best without a light
The Plus Line is the upgraded version of the standard IWB. It ships with the claw already on, which on a 17-round grip is the difference between printing and not, and swaps the polymer clip for a spring steel monoblock clip that holds the belt harder and lasts longer. Underneath, it is the same CAD-milled aluminum mold, .08-inch kydex, adjustable Posi-Click retention, cant from 5 degrees negative to 20 forward, undercut trigger guard, over-cut muzzle for threaded barrels, suppressor-height sight clearance, and full-length sweat guard with rear sight shield. Optic cut, right or left hand, black or carbon-fiber pattern.
2. XMACRO IWB with Olight Baldr S / Mini: best with a Baldr
Molded around the XMACRO with the Baldr S or Baldr Mini mounted, so the shell wraps the light and retention comes from the light body and trigger guard together. Claw-compatible, 1.5-inch fiber-reinforced stealth clip, same adjustable cant and retention, three ounces.
3. XMACRO IWB with Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie
Same construction molded around the PL-Mini 2. Not interchangeable with the Baldr version.

How to carry the XMACRO
Appendix
The XMACRO's slide is short enough for appendix, but the 17-round grip is tall, which is why the Plus Line's included claw matters. With a light, use the claw-compatible IWB and add one.
Strong side
Fifteen to twenty degrees of forward cant tucks the grip. If you drive a lot, this is the more comfortable position with a light attached.
