The Byrna CL is the compact launcher, .61 caliber, the smallest Byrna and the one built for concealment. It has three carry options from us, more than any other Byrna, because a compact launcher gets carried more ways: a full IWB/OWB holster with an optic cut, a minimalist trigger-guard holster, and a steel clip that turns the CL itself into its own holster. This guide covers each and when to use it.
1. The full holster
IWB/OWB Kydex Holster for the Byrna CL, Ambidextrous, RMR Optic Compatible
Molded .08-inch kydex that wears inside or outside the waistband, configures for right- or left-hand draw, and has a channel cut for an RMR-style red dot. Handmade in the U.S.A. This is the holster for a CL with an optic, for OWB range use, and for anyone who wants full coverage and a click. $44.99.
2. The trigger-guard holster
Trigger-Guard IWB Kydex Holster for the Byrna CL
A minimalist shell that locks around the trigger guard and nothing else, with a reversible 1.5-inch tuckable belt clip for right- or left-hand carry. It covers the trigger, holds by the guard, and lets you tuck a shirt over it. The slimmest way to carry a CL in a holster. $29.99.
3. The CL-Qlip
CL-Qlip Stainless Steel IWB Belt Clip for Byrna CL
A patent-pending stainless steel clip that bolts to the CL's optic mounting cover, so the launcher clips inside the waistband with no holster at all. Lowest profile possible. It is not compatible with a red dot, because it mounts where the optic goes, and it does not cover the trigger, so it is for people who want the minimum and understand the trade. Right- or left-handed, hardware included, $24.99.
Which one
| You | Choose |
|---|---|

Magazines
The CL's .61 rounds are not cross-compatible with the SD and LE. Keep the spare magazine covered with a CL mag cover, in the standard or the PLUS version with a pocket for a spare CO2 cartridge, and the CL-XL version for the extended magazine.
