You can choose from 2 versions available: 

The Tek-Lok option comes with screw holes in the rear of the sheath and includes a Tek-Lok belt clip (and hardware) which enables your flashlight to be worn vertically or horizontally.

The Loop option has a built in belt slot to fit up to a 1.5" belt for your flashlight to only be worn vertically.
