Made-in-USA knives cost more and there are fewer of them, and the ones worth buying are worth buying because they are good knives, not because of the box. This guide covers the American-made knives and tools we carry, the American classic we make a sheath for, and how to think about origin when you shop.
ROGAN RFK-PRO fixed blade, $129.99
A compact SERE and deployment field knife, now in stainless for wet environments, with a black kydex sheath, belt clip and your choice of handle wrap included. Built by ROGAN USA for people who use knives hard. RFK-PRO.
ROGAN Rogue folding knife, $79.99
A hard-use lock-back with a 3.375-inch 440C clip point, full liners, bronze washers, dual thumb studs and a reversible clip, hand-assembled. Designed from a brother's experience in Iraq to work in sand and mud. Rogue.
ROGAN Pocket Tool pry bar, $59.99
Not a knife, and the reason your knife tip survives: a 5.75-inch heat-treated stainless pry bar with a clip. RPT.
Buck 110 and 112
The American folding knife, made in Post Falls, Idaho. We do not sell the knife; we make the kydex sheath for the Buck 110 and 112, handmade in the USA by veterans, that replaces the leather pouch with a click.
Our sheaths and holsters
Every Clip & Carry kydex sheath and holster is handmade in the U.S.A. by military veterans, so whatever knife you carry, the carry can be American.
Thinking about origin
American-made means American labor and, usually, American steel like 440C. It does not automatically mean better; a QSP in Sandvik steel is a very good knife. Buy American when the knife is good and the origin matters to you, and it usually costs about double.
